Project examples

Here we show you some of our projects since our company foundation 20 years ago.

Our buiseness activities includes the entire civil engineering work. We work on projects from the hydraulic,structural and civil engineering, industrial, power station, and pre-cast element construction. Our building projects are in Germany, as well as in the foreign countries (Worldwide) settled. Our area of expertise is the hydraulic engineering for 20 years.
Our field of application includes mainly the detailled design for the listed subject areas. More than 15 years ago we have got into the CAD age, and have specialised ourselves in the products of Autodesk. You can find further information about 2D-construction on this side: 2D-Modelling.

Mubarak Pumping Station (Toshka)

ToshkaAt the end of the 20th century the biggest pumping station of the world originated at the Nasser water reservoir in Egypt. The Mubarak Pumping station belongs to the Toshka-Project which intends at last the irrigation of the desert in southwest Egypt. This 140 m long, 30-m width and 60 m high building project resides completely in the water. The pumping station contains 24 gigantic pumps which promote daily 25 million m ³ water. The water becomes in 24cellulars canal system, approx. 150 m long and is prestressed. The water will be routed to the Sheikh Zayed canal.

NAGA HAMMADI

Naga HamadiThe building project concerns a Sluice way at the Nile, about 165 km to the north of Luxor, and 650 km to the south of Cairo. The arrangement substitutes the old dam from 1927 which lies approx. 4 km upstream. The whole arrangement is 330 m long,and exists of a hydroelectric power plant with 4 turbines, a weir plant von 138m length and a sluice of 229 x 17 m.

Merowe Dam

Merowe Dam PowerhouseThe whole project Merowe encloses a reservoir, dams, hydroelectric power plant and an irrigation system. The scope of supply enclosed the detailed reinforcement for the powerhouse as wel as the guide drawings for the inlet structure.

Cottam The building project FGD Cottam Planning falls in the category Flue gas desulphurization plant.Scope of supply were the shell work of the concrete construction, like foundations, piles, slab and silos. The whole complex enclosed following buildings:

  • 5 pump houses approx. 25x30m

  • sewage basin approx. 14x15m
  • 3 limestone silos with 16 m of diameter and a height of 34 m

Olkiluoto 3 Nuclear Power Plant

In the Finnish Olkiluoto a nuclear power plant of the 3rd generation is established since 2004. Our scope of supply enclosed the following achievement fields:
